from iOS (Catalina+)

You can back up your notes from iOS via macOS:

1. Connect your iOS device to a desktop computer, running macOS Catalina+

2. Open "Finder" app, locate your iPhone on the left

3. Select "Files" (see screenshot below).

4. Select and open "Unique Bible App Plus"

5. Back up the file "Notes.sqlite" by copying for dragging it to somewhere on your computer
